This man stuck out from the drab backdrop like a sore thumb. It was gorgeous and I couldn't hold back. There's almost no other color in the buildings behind him, yet here he is in bright neon green wandering the streets. I love it.

Narrowing the shot would provide more of a focus on the contrast between him and his surroundings. Right now his coat has to compete too much with the light blue of the thin mountain skyline. Personally, if the top of the picture was cropped down to the top of the trees next to him it would give the strongest contrast, and would put more focus on how this guy's outfit contrasts to the outfits of those around him.
