So, I guess it's been a while since I last left any sort of an update. I'm sure many of you are being inundated by the many pictures I took while at the Holy Ghost Catholic Church. It's a gorgeous church, and the priest with whom I met was quite the gentleman. I really enjoyed taking and editing the pics. And a warning, I've only just begun with them. I have about another 10-20 left to submit from this outing (I was smart enough to go ahead and upload them to my Sta.sh, so at least I don't have to wait for that). Then there's an outing I went on with my sister, rachkitty, a couple of weeks ago. I have filtered the shots from that trip, and only just started editing, but there are plenty from that trip to upload as well.

Oh, and there's the project I mentioned a while back. I have picked out shots to begin that (61 - so be prepared) and edited most of them. I plan to get to uploading them soon, but I'm still contemplating if I've got what I want for it. I think I do. I have a whole plan to go along with them, kind of a guerrilla art tactic. I guess I can tell you about it, so you aren't completely in the dark and I don't have to dance around it anymore.

I took pictures of Denver through the bus doors. That is, I sat across from the doors, and took shots of the world as it is framed by the doors. I'm not 100% sure I'm done getting shots, but I think I am. That's how it was tied into public transportation just like my Instagram project.

Speaking of Instagram, if you haven't already, follow me and you'll get more shots (as well as a healthy dose of my private life, including some pics of my cats - I've really stepped away from that, though, and have been focusing on getting more artistic shots uploaded). I've been doing a bit of a street photography by taking pics of people (or the lack thereof: instagram.com/p/k-0Mv-ivKb/) on the train. It's been quite fun, and eye opening. That is, taking their pictures, I realized that most people are oblivious to the world around them once they're on public transportation. I can't tell you how many people stood in front of me on the bus while I was holding a camera aimed *right* at the door. Seriously, completely oblivious. It's deliciously fun. :D

Okay, I'll get to submitting more pics soon. I'd love to hear opinions from people as I upload them, so don't be shy. I need to go back through and filter out more pictures (seriously, I don't need 1,000+ images on here) and getting some feedback would really help me get an idea of what I'm doing right/wrong and where I can improve.

Thanks to everyone who still pays attention to my page and my art! Please know that you are fully appreciated. :)

Hi Bob, I have just gone through all your pictures and I loved them. I can see why
you took so many of the church, it is just beautiful. I can imagine there being a photo
opportunity everywhere you looked!

I am so glad that you are enjoying life in Denver so much, although I have to say that
the building you work in looks scary tall, which floor do you work on?

It sounds like you and your camera have been very busy, but as always I look forward
to seeing your new stuff, including all those oblivious people when you were on the bus lol!

:-)
